In this one hour, highly interactive session, we will explore our relationship with confidence and self-belief in three easy steps: 

 

First, we will examine a lack of confidence and self-belief as a systemic issue, rather than a personal one. 

Secondly, we will check our own confidence levels and the impact these have on our wellbeing and performance.

And finally, we will look at practical ways in which we can help ourselves and support others in boosting our confidence and self-belief.
